I can say unequivocally that my experience with Instashed of Douglas, with Chris as the salesperson, has been the one I have been most satisfied with. I got a special order building that when delivered, I was able to simply hook up the power to the breaker box after I installed my main breaker, and I immediately started using it. It came with bubble insulation, wiring and a mini split unit I was very skeptical about the bubble insulation keeping the building cool in the intense heat of Summer, but it works very well. The building is tight, and is easy and inexpensive to cool. The electric package far exceeds the ones on other buildings I've had. During the build process, CHRIS SENT ME PHOTOS SEVERAL TIMES so I could see the quality of the build, and have a good idea of the time frame for delivery. Never has another company salesperson done that. Best of all, I got a 12x28 building with electric, insulation, light fixtures, and a mini split unit for less than what the other companies sell theirs for without the extras."
